Carrot Pulp Popsicles

Carrot Pulp Popsicles | Ellie and Her Chickens

We love to juice carrots, and with juicing comes a lot of pulp! So we decided to put it to good use, while also making it into a cooling treat for our chickens during the hot summer months! You can use any pulp you want to in this recipe, you can also use peels and scraps.

Carrot Pulp Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Carrot pulp (leftover after juicing carrots)
  • Water

Directions:

  • Juice the carrots.

  • After scraping out the pulp, put it into ice cube molds.

  • Add water.

  • Freeze for at least four hours or overnight.

  • Store in a bag in the freezer. It’s a great way to use up the pulp from juicing!
